All bookings and cancellations must be made in the Member App. We cannot accept bookings or cancellations by text, email, or in person. Late cancellations incur a fee. Late registration requests may be submitted through our Late Registration Form. We understand emergencies happen—if you need a waiver, please email us.
Late cancels and no-shows disrupt preparation and coaching schedules. Fees protect fairness and maintain the quality of our classes and training sessions.
